Hybrid Work Model.

The flexibility of working together at the office and at home.

Since returning to the office after COVID lockdowns we work in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday. A blend of home and office gives employees the best of both worlds with all the necessary technology to maximise productivity and face to face Webjet team support.

Paid Parental Leave.

Up to twelve weeks full pay for the primary carer, up to two weeks full pay for the secondary carer.

Becoming a parent is an important time for you and your family. After six months at Webjet, you’re eligible for paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers.
